Global Organics Coconut Milk is created from the liquid of ground coconut meat. Coconut milk adds a creaminess to curries, soups and smoothies.

Similar to coconut cream but with a lower fat content, coconut milk can be used in many of the same ways. It is great for dishes like coconut rice or traditional curries but is equally great used as a milk alternative in dishes like panna cotta, creme brulee or creamy sorbets and nice-creams.
