Organic black beluga lentils are a tiny black lentil with a rich earthy flavour, soft texture and are easy to cook. As these Black Beluga Lentils are fast cooking it is not necessary to pre-soak them before cooking.

These lentils hold their shape well once cooked, making them great in salads, soups or served with pasta or rice. Like all lentils, black beluga lentils are a good source of plant based protein.

Once cooked, these lentils may appear grey or dark brown in colour.
